MEDCAH, Inc. is a Hawaii owned and operated collection agency doing business in Hawaii since 1974. MEDCAH has been an active member with ACA International and Hawaiian Collectors Association since 1975. In addition, MEDCAH has been a member in good standing with Better Business Bureau of Hawaii since 1992.
The management of MEDCAH consistently and successfully implements and adheres to the highest of professional practices in the collection industry. Collectors and support personnel are regularly and professionally trained to ensure compliance with Federal and State collection laws, privacy regulations and ethical business practices.
MEDCAH collectors, staff and management are professional and effective. We understand your business/practice and your customer/patient. As a Hawaii based agency, we employ local residents who know the islands, its people and culture. Statistics show that agencies are more successful in the regions they know best.

Some available positions include commissions. Monday through Friday 8-5pm.
